Group trajectory

BEEBRASS, “Group of Metals and Percussion of the Professional Conservatory of Music of Palencia”

Our ensemble was founded in 2014, as one of the training activities at the Conservatory of Music in Palencia. The group consists of up to 30 students, including teachers of the Conservatory.

The aim of the Ensamble is to engage the students about the performing aspects in musical education. We have strengthen as a group since it was born, and nowadays we had become one of the reference Brass Ensamble in the region of Castilla y León.

The result of this project was a complete success, thanks to a great level of engagement by pupils.

In 2016 our group received an invitation to participate in the prestigious International Wind Ensemble Festival of Jeju 2017 (South Korea).

Since its origin, Beebrass has grown in both artistic and human aspects, and has been involved in the cultural and artistic life of Palencia and Castilla y León.
